Job Summary
Sr Cloud Architect role focused on designing and optimizing secure enterprise scale device and cloud management solutions using SCCM Intune and MDT. Responsibilities
Design cloud enabled device management architectures that integrate SCCM Intune and MDT to deliver consistent and secure endpoint experiences for enterprise usersDevelop scalable OS imaging strategies using MDT that standardize device builds while reducing deployment time and minimizing configuration errors across diverse hardware profilesOptimize SCCM infrastructure components including site servers distribution points and management points to enhance performance reliability and software delivery success ratesImplement automated software deployment workflows through SCCM that streamline application packaging patch rollout and configuration baselines for global user populationsConfigure and enhance Intune based device management policies that govern compliance conditional access and security configurations for mobile and desktop endpointsCoordinate hybrid device management scenarios where SCCM and Intune coexist to support complex environments while preserving unified policy and reporting capabilitiesCreate detailed technical documentation covering imaging standards deployment runbooks configuration procedures and support guides to ensure consistent operations by delivery teamsCollaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to embed encryption access control and vulnerability remediation practices into endpoint and cloud management designsAnalyze operational metrics and incident trends to identify optimization opportunities in deployment success device health patch compliance and user experience outcomesGuide technical teams on troubleshooting complex SCCM MDT and Intune issues by providing structured diagnostic steps and reusable knowledge artifactsAlign device management roadmaps with cloud transformation initiatives by recommending modern management approaches such as co management and cloud native security controlsPartner with business and operations teams to understand workplace requirements and translate them into robust endpoint solutions that support hybrid work models and rotational shiftsDrive continuous improvement of deployment pipelines by introducing automation scripts reusable task sequences and configuration templates that reduce manual efforts and operational risk
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing SCCM infrastructures including hierarchy planning client deployment patch management and software distribution across large enterprisesDemonstrate advanced proficiency in MDT based OS imaging including task sequence creation driver management reference image maintenance and integration with SCCMExhibit strong expertise in Intune and modern device management covering enrollment strategies configuration profiles compliance policies and app protection in hybrid cloud environmentsApply deep knowledge of desktop and mobile device management principles across Windows macOS and mobile platforms to ensure consistent governance and operational resilienceUtilize solid understanding of mobile device management frameworks to support secure access device enrollment remote actions and lifecycle management for diverse user groupsBring prior experience working in hybrid work models and rotational shift operations while maintaining high standards of reliability documentation and cross team collaboration
