Responsibilities : -Manage end to end delivery of technology projects by planning scope timelines resources and budgets to ensure predictable outcomes for customer experience initiatives -Coordinate hybrid project teams by organizing work clarifying priorities and ensuring effective communication between technical and business partners across day shift schedules -Facilitate scrum ceremonies by conducting sprint planning daily standups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives to maintain cadence and focus for the scrum team -Track project progress by monitoring sprint metrics milestones and dependencies to proactively identify risks and drive timely corrective actions -Remove obstacles for the scrum team by resolving conflicts addressing resource constraints and escalating critical issues to protect delivery commitments -Collaborate with product owners by refining product backlogs clarifying acceptance criteria and aligning user stories with strategic customer experience objectives -Prepare and present clear status updates by summarizing scope schedule risks and achievements to stakeholders enabling transparent decision making and confident sponsorship -Guide adoption of agile practices by mentoring team members on scrum values ceremonies and artifacts to build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability -Ensure quality delivery by coordinating testing activities defect triage and readiness checks to achieve stable releases that enhance customer journeys -Align project outcomes with company purpose by prioritizing features that improve service accessibility user satisfaction and operational efficiency for customers and providers -Utilize domain understanding in provider directory maintenance by coordinating tasks that improve data accuracy provider information integrity and regulatory compliance when applicable -Monitor hybrid work practices by ensuring effective use of collaboration tools clear documentation and structured communication for both onsite and remote team members without requiring travel -Optimize stakeholder engagement by gathering feedback managing expectations and integrating insights into future sprints to maximize value delivered by the project team -Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sprint outcomes identifying process gaps and implementing actionable improvements that strengthen delivery consistency and societal impact -Qualifications -Possess eight to nine years of professional project management experience with increasing responsibility in delivering technology or customer experience projects in complex environments -Demonstrate strong proficiency in scrum master responsibilities including backlog management support ceremony facilitation and coaching teams on agile principles and practices -Exhibit hands on experience with customer experience focused initiatives using scrum to enhance service quality user satisfaction and end to end journey efficiency -Show practical exposure to provider directory maintenance or similar healthcare or provider data domains enabling effective collaboration with subject matter experts when relevant -Apply advanced skills in project planning risk management and issue resolution using recognized project management practices to maintain control over scope schedule and quality -Use excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation abilities to align cross functional teams on shared objectives in a hybrid working model during day shifts -Operate comfortably with agile project management and collaboration tools to manage backlogs track progress document decisions and support distributed team members without reliance on travel 9.
