Job Summary
Serve as a Cloud Architect specializing in M365 platforms and Copilot designing secure scalable and user centric digital workplace solutions for a global enterprise. Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to optimize collaboration automation and knowledge discovery while ensuring robust governance compliance and operational stability in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Design comprehensive M365 cloud architectures that align with enterprise standards and enable secure collaboration automation and knowledge management across the organizationDrive end to end implementation of M365 services including tenant configuration workload integration and optimization of licensing to maximize value and reduce total cost of ownershipOversee M365 admin activities including identity management access controls security baselines and monitoring to maintain a resilient and compliant productivity environmentDevelop and maintain governance frameworks for M365 that cover data protection retention sharing policies and application lifecycle to reduce risk and enforce consistent practicesArchitect and configure M365 Copilot solutions that enhance productivity by safely leveraging organizational data grounding prompts and controlling access to sensitive informationCreate reusable prompt patterns and guidance for M365 prompt engineering that improve reliability relevance and ethical use of generative AI across diverse business scenariosCollaborate with product owners and process leads to design change lifecycle management plans that minimize disruption while rolling out new M365 and Copilot featuresCoordinate environment readiness pilot programs user acceptance validation and phased deployments to ensure smooth adoption and early identification of configuration issuesEstablish monitoring alerting and reporting for M365 services covering performance usage incidents and capacity to proactively address issues and improve service qualityEngage with security risk and compliance stakeholders to translate regulatory and policy requirements into pragmatic M365 configurations and guardrailsDocument solution architectures runbooks standard operating procedures and configuration baselines so that operations teams can manage the environment consistently and efficientlyProvide advanced escalation support for complex M365 incidents and problems performing deep technical analysis and driving durable remediation across affected servicesLead optimization initiatives that rationalize legacy collaboration tools into M365 reducing fragmentation and improving user experience while supporting hybrid work needsGuide cross functional teams on integrating M365 with line of business applications identity platforms and data sources to create secure and unified digital workplace experiencesAdvise business stakeholders on how M365 Copilot and automation features can streamline workflows reduce manual tasks and free teams to focus on higher value activitiesPartner with adoption and training teams to create practical enablement content that helps users understand responsible AI use prompt techniques and new collaboration capabilities
Qualifications
Demonstrate eight to eleven years of experience in cloud or productivity platforms with at least five years focused on complex M365 administration in enterprise environmentsExhibit deep expertise in M365 admin including tenant configuration identity and access security controls compliance features and service monitoring for large scale deploymentsShow proven hands on experience in M365 prompt engineering including crafting effective prompts optimizing context usage and aligning generative AI behavior to organizational guidelinesDisplay solid knowledge of change lifecycle management practices such as impact assessment communication planning release scheduling and post change validation for cloud servicesBring practical experience in designing and implementing M365 Copilot scenarios that are secure governed and aligned to business objectives across multiple functional areasPossess strong understanding of hybrid work models endpoint access considerations and collaboration patterns to design M365 solutions that support flexible and secure working stylesCommunicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders translating complex M365 and AI concepts into practical guidance that supports decision making and adoption
Certifications Required
Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent advanced M365 certification
