Job Summary
Serve as a Manager Transitions responsible for planning executing and stabilizing complex data and digital transformation transitions for global clients in sales planning and execution and finance and accounting domains ensuring smooth knowledge transfer robust controls hybrid collaboration and measurable business value within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end transition planning for data and digital transformation programs defining scope milestones resource needs and success metrics aligned to client objectives in sales planning and execution and finance and accounting domains.
- Coordinate detailed due diligence activities to understand client processes systems data flows and risks translating these findings into a structured and realistic transition plan.
- Manage knowledge transfer workstreams by organizing discovery sessions documenting process maps and setting clear acceptance criteria for steady state readiness.
- Implement standardized transition governance by scheduling regular reviews tracking issues and escalating critical risks to senior stakeholders with clear resolution options.
- Oversee migration of data and digital workflows by collaborating with technical and domain teams to ensure accuracy security and minimal disruption to day to day operations.
- Optimize processes during transition by identifying automation standardization and digital enablement opportunities that improve efficiency and control for clients.
- Engage regularly with client stakeholders to clarify expectations provide transparent progress updates and align transition outcomes with their strategic priorities.
- Partner with delivery finance and operations teams to validate effort estimates cost impacts and resource allocations ensuring that transitions stay within approved budgets.
- Monitor operational readiness by validating that procedures control frameworks reporting dashboards and performance baselines are established before go live.
- Guide change management activities by supporting communication plans user training and adoption initiatives that enable teams to embrace new digital and data driven ways of working.
- Track and report transition performance using quantifiable indicators such as stabilization time incident trends productivity improvements and client satisfaction scores.
- Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and client specific requirements on data privacy information security documentation retention and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each transition and feeding these insights into playbooks templates and methods for future programs.
Qualifications
- Exhibit strong experience in managing complex data transformation and digital transformation programs with clear evidence of driving process modernization and value realization.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of sales planning and execution processes including forecasting pipeline management and performance tracking to design effective transition approaches.
- Apply solid knowledge of finance and accounting operations such as record to report order to cash and procure to pay to anticipate risks and control requirements during transition.
- Use proven project and transition management skills to handle multiple workstreams dependencies and stakeholders within a fast paced hybrid working environment.
- Show advanced proficiency in analytical and problem solving techniques to interpret operational data identify root causes and design pragmatic corrective actions.
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written form with global business and technical partners to simplify complex topics and enable informed decision making.
- Leverage experience with collaboration and workflow tools common in digital transformation programs to coordinate distributed teams working in hybrid day shift models.
- Apply strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities to align expectations resolve conflicts and sustain trust throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Display familiarity with quality management risk management and control testing practices relevant to finance and accounting and commercial operations.
- Utilize exposure to continuous improvement frameworks to embed a culture of measurement feedback and incremental enhancement in every transition initiative.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation or equivalent transition and service management credentials.
