Core functions:
· Interacts with customers by answering and resolving customer needs by having strong knowledge of multiple Retirement products, e.g. Withdrawals, Distribution, Investment, Account Maintenance and Loans
· Responds and anticipates the customer's needs on multiple products and/or processes while utilizing and navigating several systems and web applications.
· Responsible for ensuring consistent and superior experience for all customers while incorporating the established service processes in all interactions.
· Resolves complex customer issues real time. Ensures that all appropriate transactions are completed with satisfactory resolution or appropriately escalated to the relevant departments
· Represent the company in a professional manner that provides high quality service and encourages long-term relationships to facilitate retention and increased business growth.
· Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to all customers; operate in an ethical manner in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, the company's Corporate Code of Ethics, applicable compliance and operations policies and procedures, and other policies of the company.
· Possess a high degree of integrity and actively cooperate and interact with all stakeholders
· Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
· Maintain knowledge of necessary products and services.
· Complete necessary documentation in all utilized systems.
· Meet or exceed all the Service Levels
· Ability to work on rotational shifts from 6am to 7pm CR time.
Requirements:
· Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Experience: Minimum 12+ months experience in customer service role including knowledge of Retirement or Pension products, accounting, financials, investments and Loans
· Language Proficiency: Written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math proficiency both in English & Spanish, B2, C1 and C2 English Level
· Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate the company’s customer service software.
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
o Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
o Must be able to type 35 wpm.
o Self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, able to multi-task, detail oriented and able to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines.
