About the role
As a Java Full Stack, you will make an impact by leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications while driving collaboration between onsite and offshore teams. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of application features across distributed onsite and offshore teams.
- Participate in client engagements, including PI Planning, release planning, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams while ensuring engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives.

What you need to have to be considered
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Java application development.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Angular 7+, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
- Strong expertise in Terraform scripting and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using frameworks such as JUnit 5, Mockito, Karma, and Jasmine.
- Experience working with DevOps tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Event Hub, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Kafka event streaming and distributed messaging platforms.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage deliverables, and coordinate across offshore and onsite resources.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with client-facing experience.

- Experience participating in PI Planning and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong mentoring skills with a passion for developing engineering talent.
