Vous rejoignez Cognizant pour intervenir chez un acteur majeur de l'ingénierie et de la technologie au service de l'industrie de l'énergie (transition énergétique : pétrole et gaz, hydrogène, biocarburants, énergies renouvelables). Cognizant assure pour ce client le support Service Desk L1, le support Deskside, l'Enterprise Operation Center et le packaging applicatif, depuis le site de Nanterre (siège France, utilisateurs globaux).

En tant que Team Lead Support IT VIP, vous assurez le support IT dédié aux membres du Comité Exécutif (ELT), basés principalement à Paris, Rome et Houston (localisation susceptible d'évoluer).

Votre mission : garantir aux dirigeants la meilleure expérience possible sur l'ensemble de leurs outils IT (salles de réunion, équipements, logiciels).

Vos missions

  • Prendre en charge immédiatement les incidents et demandes des membres de l'ELT, et piloter la résolution dans les meilleurs délais
  • Anticiper les besoins des membres de l'ELT et agir de manière proactive
  • Accompagner les membres de l'ELT en déplacement ou basés hors de France, en lien direct avec eux et avec les équipes DSS/support on-site locales
  • Organiser et sécuriser tous les événements VIP (anticipation, tests, préparation), y compris hors site (hôtels, etc.)
  • Être l'expert des salles de réunion et salles spéciales (Auditorium, Régie, etc.)
  • Piloter et suivre les tickets ELT transmis aux équipes L2 et L3
  • Réaliser les bons de commande (Purchase Orders) pour les équipements des Executives
  • Définir et reporter mensuellement les KPI qualité

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (support IT VIP/Exécutifs ou équivalent)
  • Bac+3 ou équivalent en informatique / technologie
  • Certification ITIL Foundation ou expérience équivalente (exigée)
  • Anglais courant, oral et écrit

Modèle de travail : sur site

Ce poste requiert une présence sur site 5 jours par semaine, à Nanterre. Astreinte requise lors des déplacements VIP.
