Role Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial driven AVP Delivery Leader to establish and lead a
new Managed Product as a Service (MPaaS) practice. The role will be responsible for
building and scaling a consulting-led business encompassing product consulting,
managed services, service delivery, customer success, licensing operations,
and strategic growth initiatives.
MPaaS will be a sub-practice under CMT consulting The AVP will own end-to-end subpractice
leadership, including revenue growth, delivery excellence, customer
engagement, alliance management, talent acquisition, and operational governance.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Growth
• Build and lead the Managed Product as a Service practice from inception, with
Back-up EXEC product suite under partnership with Cloud Software Group and
named set of distributors/channel partners.
• Define execution strategy, operating model, service offerings, and delivery
plans.
• Establish a scalable consulting, delivery and managed services organization.
• Develop annual business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth roadmaps.
• Own sub practice P&L and profitability targets.
Revenue & Business Development
• Drive growth of a multi-million-dollar portfolio across consulting,
implementation, managed services, and support.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with distributors, and enterprise
customers.
• Lead executive-level client discussions and delivery accountability.
Strategic Alliance Management
• Serve as partnership, and delivery owner for CSG and key ecosystem
partners/distributors.
• Develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to accelerate market
adoption.
• Drive partner-led revenue and co-selling opportunities.
Managed Services & Service Delivery
• Establish governance and delivery frameworks for managed services operations.
• Lead transition and transformation programs.
• Oversee service delivery, customer satisfaction, SLAs, KPIs, and operational
excellence.
• Ensure successful onboarding and management of support teams.
Product & Consulting Leadership
• Develop consulting offerings around CSG products and platforms to begin with
and scale up across CMT clients on Managed Product portfolio of offerings.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted practitioner to C-level executives.
• Provide thought leadership on Product ModelsDigital Transformation, Customer
Experience, and Monetization.
Talent & Organization Building
• Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting, delivery, and support teams.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.
• Lead workforce planning and capability development.
• Lead seamless integration of any re-hire/rebadged candidates for the capability
area
Financial Accountability
The AVP will be accountable for:
• Revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
• Practice profitability and utilization.
• Managed services delivery performance.
• Customer retention and satisfaction.
• Strategic alliance outcomes.
• New business acquisition and pipeline development.
Required Experience
Must Have
• 25+ years of experience in Product Management and monetisation services,
Digital Transformation, or Managed Services.
• 15+ years leading large consulting, delivery, or managed services organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios.
• Proven ability to build and scale practices or business units.
Preferred
• Direct experience with platforms and solutions.
• Exposure to distributor/channel-led business models.
• Knowledge of SaaS, Managed Services, and Product-as-a-Service operating
models.

Why this role exists
This role is being created to lead a newly established business of Managed Product
as a Service expected to generate significant recurring revenue through ($300M
Revenue over 5 years) managed services, consulting, product operations, and strategic
partner-led growth. The AVP will serve as the executive leader responsible for scaling
the business and transforming it into a strategic growth engine.
