Job summary

Serve as a senior business analyst specializing in Temenos Wealth Suite within a global financial services environment translating complex wealth management needs into clear actionable solutions that enhance front office advisory workflows and portfolio servicing. Collaborate with cross functional teams in an office based role to deliver robust system capabilities that elevate client experience and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with wealth management stakeholders to interpret business objectives and translate them into detailed Temenos Wealth Suite requirements that drive efficient advisory and portfolio processes.
  • Analyze existing front office workflows and identify optimization opportunities within Temenos Wealth Suite Front End to streamline user journeys and reduce manual interventions.
  • Document comprehensive business requirement artifacts including process descriptions and use cases that provide clear guidance to configuration and development teams.
  • Coordinate with product owners and technology teams to prioritize backlog items and ensure that enhancements to Temenos Wealth Suite align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Validate functional designs and configuration changes in Temenos Wealth Suite through structured review sessions that ensure consistency with documented business rules and compliance standards.
  • Develop test strategies for business scenarios and execute functional validation of Temenos Wealth Suite features to confirm accuracy of advisory tools and portfolio servicing functions.
  • Conduct system demonstrations and walkthroughs for business users that explain Temenos Wealth Suite capabilities and encourage adoption of new digital behaviors.
  • Provide detailed impact assessments for proposed changes in Temenos Wealth Suite Front End that highlight effects on downstream processes reporting and client servicing metrics.
  • Facilitate requirement and design workshops with cross functional participants that encourage shared understanding and support timely decision making.
  • Monitor production usage patterns of Temenos Wealth Suite dashboards and tools to identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions that improve reliability.
  • Align daily analysis activities with organizational purpose by enabling more transparent investment information that supports responsible wealth management in society.
  • Produce concise status updates and analysis summaries that allow senior stakeholders to track progress of Temenos Wealth Suite initiatives and make informed prioritization decisions.
  • Guide junior analysts through best practices in requirement documentation and Temenos Wealth Suite analysis ensuring consistent quality of business deliverables without formal leadership responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Possess professional experience of six to nine years in business analysis within financial services with significant focus on wealth management domains and advisory processes.
  • Demonstrate strong hands on exposure to Temenos Wealth Suite including configuration understanding and practical usage in front office scenarios that support relationship managers.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Temenos Wealth Suite Front End workflows with the ability to describe user interface behaviors in detail and convert observations into structured improvement suggestions.
  • Show proven capability in writing precise requirement documents process flows and test cases using industry standard tools and methods appropriate for complex banking environments.
  • Apply analytical thinking and numerical reasoning to interpret portfolio and client data ensuring that Temenos Wealth Suite outputs are accurate consistent and meaningful for business decisions.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with operations risk and technology colleagues and to clarify requirements without ambiguity for all participants in the change lifecycle.
  • Display familiarity with agile delivery practices including refinement ceremonies and iteration planning which support incremental value delivery for Temenos Wealth Suite enhancements.
  • Prefer prior exposure to other core banking or wealth platforms along with general knowledge of regulatory considerations that influence design choices in digital wealth solutions.
