About the role
Cognizant's ServiceNow Business Group (SNBG) runs a global, $1B+ portfolio built on one of ServiceNow's deepest partner relationships. We're standing up a dedicated GTM function to sharpen how we go to market across industries, regions, partners, and the AI portfolio (Neuro AI, agentic AI, AI Control Tower, and the joint AI roadmap with ServiceNow).
This is the most senior of the regional roles. You'll lead both the ServiceNow alliance and GTM marketing across APJ, owning the region end to end. You set the regional strategy, run the partnership, and drive the marketing and demand engine that fills the pipeline. Expect to lead by influence across a broad, multi-country region, and potentially to grow a small team.
What you'll own
• Own the ServiceNow alliance relationship and the GTM agenda across APJ.
• Set and run the regional GTM strategy, adapting the SNBG portfolio to APJ markets and sectors.
• Lead the regional co-sell motion with ServiceNow's APJ field and drive shared pipeline and bookings.
• Own regional marketing end to end: events, campaigns, demand generation, and the regional event calendar and budget.
• Manage the regional partner ecosystem, including Armis, Veza, and Moveworks workstreams.
• Represent SNBG with senior ServiceNow and customer stakeholders across the region.
• Build the regional investment cases and justify marketing spend against pipeline returns.
• Mentor and, over time, grow a small APJ GTM team.
What success looks like in the first year
• A clear APJ GTM strategy with the alliance and marketing engine working as one.
• A growing, jointly owned APJ pipeline with ServiceNow.
• A regional marketing calendar that consistently turns spend into pipeline.
What we're looking for
• Senior alliance, partner, or regional GTM leadership experience in enterprise software or consulting.
• Real breadth across both alliance management and marketing or demand generation.
• Strong relationships across the ServiceNow APJ ecosystem, or the standing to build them fast.
• Commercial ownership of a region, including pipeline, bookings, and marketing investment.
• Comfortable leading across many countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Based in or near Sydney, with the right to work in Australia.
