As a MuleSoft Integration Delivery Lead, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end delivery of complex MuleSoft and enterprise integration programs. You will be a valued member of the integration delivery team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft and enterprise integration programs across design, build, test, and deployment
- Drive API-led and event-driven architecture using MuleSoft and Kafka
- Manage integrations across SAP/ERP systems, cloud platforms, and middleware ecosystems
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and release planning
- Engage with client stakeholders and executive leadership for status updates and decision-making
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, and best practices
- Lead and manage onshore/offshore teams and drive delivery excellence
Work model:
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring presence in a client or Cognizant office in Milwaukee, WI or Paramus, NJ. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. What you need to have to be considered
- Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave)
- Experience with Kafka and event streaming architectures
- Strong background in SAP/ERP integration (S/4HANA, ECC, middleware)
- Familiarity with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, cloud integrations)
- Demonstrated expertise in API-led connectivity and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to lead and manage onshore/offshore teams
- Experience overseeing program governance, risk management, and release planning

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
