Job Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead core banking platform implementation upgrades and conversions. This role oversees complex multi-workstream programs spanning deposits lending payments and card operations partnering closely with business technology and vendor stakeholders to deliver on scope schedule and budget. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of core banking implementation upgrades and platform conversions across multiple workstreams.
Define program scope objectives milestones and success criteria in partnership with business and technology leadership.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans resource forecasts and delivery schedules.
Drive risk and issue management proactively identifying escalating and resolving program-level dependencies and blockers.
Lead change management and readiness activities to ensure smooth transition to new core platforms.
Provide clear regular status reporting to stakeholders steering committees and executive sponsors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams vendors and system integrators across the full delivery lifecycle.
Ensure delivery aligns with applicable financial regulations controls and compliance requirements.
Senior-level program project management experience leading core banking upgrades and conversions.
Demonstrated success delivering large complex programs in banking or financial services.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business technology and vendor teams.
Bachelor degree in business technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
