Cognizant's Field Marketing team is looking for a talented individual to join our exceptional team. This role will report to the Head of Field Marketing and closely align with our client facing sales teams comprised of client partners, account executives, and customer relationship managers to achieve growth goals, have a measured impact on new sales activity, and build relationships among our target and prospect buyer audience. In this role, you will be self-starter who can quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business and be comfortable using AI tools on a daily basis.
In this role you will work in collaboration with a cross matrix of marketing colleagues while producing client-facing content, sales tools and resources that drive engagement throughout the buyer's journey. This includes working collaboratively across sales, the broader marketing organization, alliance partners, and key stakeholders to develop programs that align with business development goals.
The person in this role will also plan and execute on multiple industry events/experiential strategies that improve the buying experience and accelerate conversion. In addition, successfully demonstrated experience in Account Based Marketing initiatives with clusters of accounts. This role will be responsible for ensuring our programs support growth marketing agenda—integrated campaigns, ABM 1:1, 1:few and 1: many account activation, executive events, and internal enablement programs.

Responsibilities include:
Build a close working relationship with client facing teams, Industry Solutions, and Consulting teams to support a joint go-to-market approach, enabling sales with conversation content/CTAs and generating demand. Coordinate with business stakeholders on marketing strategy and programs.
Content & Campaigns
· Develop and execute marketing programs that support client engagement at key accounts across Financial Services and embrace AI experimentation.
· Collaborate with sales leaders/SMEs to develop content to support client relationship marketing programs, including blogs, videos, social media and presentations
· Ensure campaigns and content are amplified internally and externally
· Ensure leads generated from marketing programs are managed and distributed to sales teams. Work across the organization to determine the necessary content and materials needed to win deals (examples include videos, decks, solution overviews, leave-behinds, sales playbooks, case studies, etc.).
· Align with Global Marketing colleagues to identify existing and new thought leadership and other content for vertical marketing programs.
· Work on potential client references for Cognizant case studies.
Events /Measurement & Reporting
· Manage key client engagement events in North America, working with our event planner to execute effectively and efficiently.
· Ensure Cognizant solutions are represented and marketed appropriately at client engagement events, industry events, conferences, tradeshows and experiential events
· Monitor and report marketing program KPIs including tactics and leads generation
Outcomes/Measurements
· Demonstrate deep industry experience and understanding of client priorities to help client sales team progress opportunities
· Content adoption and usage metrics to optimize future efforts based on what is used and what is not used.
Required Skills
· Strong communicator and storyteller - written, editing, verbal, and visual
· Domain and marketing expertise with the ability to personally drive outcome-oriented marketing programs in close partnership with Strategic Business Units
· Possess strong program and project management skills to multi-task in a highly matrixed organization to carry initiatives through from concept to outcomes
· Strong executive presence and confidence to influence direction, be able to present and deliver to a broad audience
· Self-starter, positive, engaging, proactive, and able to relate well to a diverse audience.
· Bring a collegial, collaborative attitude and approach to working closely with leaders across the business units and functions
· Understand how to leverage technology in marketing processes
- Continually measure and optimize ROI of marketing content and events by analyzing data from martech stack and salesforce tools.
Qualifications
· BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related applicable field
· 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience
· 6+ years of recent Marketing, ABM and/or demand generation and sales enablement experience in professional services and/or B2B technology
· Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services and/or Insurance industries
· Demonstrate experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM), marketing campaign design and execution, including lead generation, digital marketing, measurement, and content development.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 30, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
