SQA Lead (TOSCA Experience)

Cognizant is seeking an experienced SQA Lead to join our SAP Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validation, documentation, defect management, and quality assurance activities supporting SAP changes, enhancements, and project deliveries. You will work closely with business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and automation specialists to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered before production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SAP functional testing across OTC, Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance modules.
- Lead defect detection, problem solving, and troubleshooting activities within SAP SD and MM modules, including:
- Order-to-Cash
- Consignment
- Returns
- Debit/Credit processes
- Drop Shipment
- Third-Party Processing
- Subcontracting
- KANBAN
- Support end-to-end business processes including Logistics, Logistics Execution, Procure-to-Pay, and Service Management.
- Work with the automation team to automate new test scripts and maintain existing test suites using TOSCA.
- Lead complex projects and implement best practices for test scope identification, test script design, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Support change management testing for enhancements and project demands.
- Apply knowledge of RICEFW objects from a testing perspective.
- Apply QA methodologies and best practices across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Collaborate with application development teams and Functional SMEs to maintain and update test scripts.
- Support feasibility studies and design reviews.
- Create test scripts and test documentation based on business requirements.
- Work with functional and technical analysts to validate system changes and enhancements.
- Support testing and documentation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SAP functional testing.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Understanding of end-to-end business processes including:
- Logistics
- Logistics Execution
- Procure-to-Pay
- Service Management
- Experience with TOSCA automation framework.
- Strong knowledge of QA principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with SDLC processes.
- Experience with PMF frameworks.
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile project environments.
- Experience with change management testing.
- Understanding of:
- RICEFW
- BRD
- Change Management
- Experience supporting SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on validated SAP systems with SSO and GRC features.
- Experience with GxP-regulated environments.
- Computer System Validation (CSV) experience.
- Knowledge of validation processes and requirements.
