Responsibilities
- Manage daily digital content preparation using MS Office and MS Excel to ensure accurate consistent and timely delivery of assets for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Coordinate digital content updates across multiple repositories using structured templates in MS Office to maintain a single reliable source of truth for business critical information
- Execute standardized content formatting and layout activities in MS Office to align with corporate brand guidelines and visual communication standards across markets
- Develop reusable MS Excel trackers and logs to monitor content production status dependencies review comments and completion timelines for improved operational visibility
- Perform data driven analysis in MS Excel such as trend checks and variance reviews to detect content anomalies and recommend corrective actions before publication
- Create and maintain content catalogs in MS Office Web Components to support discoverability reuse and efficient retrieval of digital assets by cross functional teams
- Validate source files for completeness correctness and compliance with digital content policies and then document all exceptions and deviations in structured logs
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams through virtual and in person interactions to clarify content requirements resolve issues and prevent rework in a hybrid work setup
- Prepare clear status summaries progress notes and risk flags using MS Office to enable transparent reporting for project managers and account teams supporting informed decision making
- Implement quality review checklists and peer review practices using MS Office tools to improve first time right content delivery rates and reduce overall cycle time
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing automation friendly templates macros and structured workflows in MS Excel and MS Office Web Components to enhance team productivity

- Support knowledge management efforts by documenting repeatable content operations playbooks frequently asked questions and step by step process guides for new team members and partners
- Assist in incident handling by quickly analyzing reported content defects identifying root causes in source files or templates and supporting the timely rollout of corrected content packages
- Partner with quality assurance and operations teams to adopt new best practices tools or process updates that raise service levels for clients and strengthen the company reputation in digital content services
- Engage proactively during planning meetings to estimate effort for upcoming content waves provide realistic timelines and call out resource or dependency risks that may affect delivery
- Apply problem solving skills to optimize repetitive tasks within MS Excel such as bulk updates lookups and validation checks so that manual effort is minimized and throughput is increased

Qualifications
- Must have between two and four years of hands on experience working with digital content services or related back office content operations using MS Office MS Excel and MS Office Web Components in delivery environments
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel including formulas data validation pivot style analysis and structured reporting to support high volume content operations
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency in core MS Office applications such as word processing spreadsheets and presentation tools to manage all documentation and communication for content workflows
- Should have experience in managing or supporting digital content pipelines including content intake validation transformation publishing and archival steps within structured process frameworks
- Should have experience in working with web based office components or browser based productivity tools to enable seamless collaboration in a hybrid work environment
- Good to have exposure to analytics oriented work using MS Excel such as content performance dashboards report consolidation and operations metrics interpretation
- Good to have experience in domains like publishing information services knowledge management or enterprise documentation where accuracy timeliness and consistency of content are critical
- Good to have familiarity with digital workplace collaboration tools and ticketing solutions that support structured request management and issue tracking in service delivery contex
Certifications Required
Any one certification in MS Office or MS Excel such as Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent is preferred.
