Job summary
Serve as a senior business analyst in a hybrid work model applying deep expertise in Camunda BPM mainframe modernization telecom order management and eTOM framework to design scalable process solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize portfolio and project management and create clear MS Visio documentation that drives continuous improvement for telecom operations and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end analysis of telecom order management processes to identify gaps streamline workflows and ensure accurate and timely service delivery across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Drive business requirement gathering for Camunda BPM solutions by engaging stakeholders clarifying objectives and translating complex operational needs into clear and implementable process models.
- Collaborate with technical teams on mainframe modernization initiatives by mapping legacy capabilities to modern architectures and ensuring continuity of critical telecom functions.
- Develop detailed process maps and visual documentation using MS Visio that clearly communicate current and target state workflows to business and technology stakeholders.
- Coordinate portfolio and project management activities by tracking demand prioritizing initiatives and aligning project outcomes with strategic business goals in the telecom domain.
- Analyze and refine order capture validation and fulfillment journeys to reduce fallouts shorten cycle times and enhance overall customer experience in day shift operations.
- Partner with operations and product teams to ensure that process changes are feasible measurable and aligned with organizational quality standards and regulatory expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases and impact assessments that articulate value risks and dependencies for process improvement and modernization projects in the telecom environment.
- Guide test planning and user acceptance validation by defining business scenarios reviewing test results and ensuring that implemented solutions meet specified requirements and performance criteria.
- Monitor production performance of redesigned workflows by reviewing metrics identifying emerging issues and proposing corrective actions that sustain efficiency and reliability.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions that encourage collaboration across business units and help build shared understanding of eTOM aligned processes and responsibilities.
- Document operational procedures process controls and reporting mechanisms so that teams can adopt new ways of working consistently and maintain high levels of service quality.
- Support continuous improvement by collecting feedback analyzing operational data and recommending enhancements that contribute to organizational objectives and positive societal impact through better connectivity and services.
Qualifications
- Apply extensive experience in Camunda BPM to design optimize and manage business workflows that support complex telecom operations and deliver measurable performance gains.
- Use deep knowledge of mainframe modernization to interpret legacy logic define migration requirements and support transition plans that minimize disruption to critical business services.
- Leverage hands on expertise within the eTOM framework to align process designs with industry standards and create a structured view of telecom functions and interactions.
- Utilize strong telecom order management understanding to define order flows exception handling rules and integration points with downstream systems for accurate fulfillment.
- Create clear diagrams and documentation in MS Visio that translate intricate business and technical concepts into accessible visuals for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Apply portfolio and project management experience to balance priorities manage dependencies and maintain transparent reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Demonstrate senior business analysis experience of between nine and eleven years by leading complex requirement discussions negotiating tradeoffs and ensuring traceability from concept to delivery.
