Release Train Engineer/Project Manager
This position is responsible for ensuring the project delivers on time, within budget with the defined scope and quality to meet the needed business benefit. We need to ensure all standard practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing projects around systems and data architecture
· Managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Managing cross-functional interdependencies to ensure successful delivery of all impacted applications
· Heavily involved in setting up recurring status meetings, tracking questions and handling issues that arise.
· Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues
· Gathering and updating project materials, project documentation, business flows and retrospectives
· Speaking to details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects
· Utilizing organizational resources appropriately
· Driving process improvement across the team and organization as needed.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of IT Project Management experience with Contact center migration experience. Preferably AWS Connect, NICE CXOne.
· 5+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
Required AI Skills:
All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.
Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000– $ 160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
