Role: Cisco IP Telephony Engineer
Location: New York, NY
Job Responsibilities
1)Design end to end audio video conferencing architectures that align with enterprise standards.
2) Implement secure call routing dial plans and numbering schemes that optimize call quality and minimize latency
3) Coordinate closely with network engineering teams to validate bandwidth capacity quality of service policies
4) Configure monitor and fine tune audio video conferencing platforms to deliver consistent high-quality meeting
5) Coordinate with vendors and service providers to evaluate new features software versions and hardware platforms

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000- $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
