Responsibilities : - Coordinate end to end delivery of API management projects using Kong and Apigee platforms ensuring schedules scope and quality expectations are consistently met - Collaborate with architects developers and operations teams to define practical API implementation plans that align with business and technical priorities - Monitor day to day project progress using clear status metrics and proactively address risks dependencies and issues that may affect timelines or outcomes - Facilitate regular planning and review sessions with cross functional stakeholders to confirm shared understanding of goals milestones and success criteria - Prepare structured project documentation such as plans trackers status reports and risk logs that support informed decision making and regulatory compliance - Coordinate requirement refinement and backlog management activities so that API user stories and tasks are clearly defined prioritized and ready for implementation - Support integration system and user acceptance testing for Kong and Apigee solutions by aligning test plans tracking defects and validating readiness for release - Align deployment and release activities for API services by coordinating with environment owners security teams and support functions in a hybrid work setting - Track and manage project budgets and resource plans highlighting variances early and recommending corrective actions that optimize value and minimize waste - Communicate project status achievements and challenges through concise updates tailored to different stakeholder groups ensuring transparency and trust - Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from API initiatives and translating them into enhanced delivery practices and reusable templates - Support adherence to security compliance and governance standards for APIs by coordinating reviews approvals and documentation across relevant functions - Enable effective collaboration across time zones and locations by using digital collaboration tools suited for a hybrid work model and structured communication routines -Qualifications - Demonstrate proven experience working as a project coordinator or similar role for at least five years in technology driven programs preferably involving API management initiatives - Apply hands on experience with Kong or Apigee platforms in coordinating implementation activities clarifying scope and understanding key configuration and integration concepts - Utilize strong knowledge of API lifecycle management concepts such as design deployment monitoring and optimization when supporting technical teams and stakeholders - Bring experience in program or portfolio management environments where multiple related projects are coordinated to achieve shared strategic objectives - Use excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical colleagues in a hybrid work model - Employ solid understanding of project management practices including planning estimation risk management and status reporting to drive predictable and reliable delivery - Leverage familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methods to coordinate ceremonies manage backlogs and align incremental deliveries with evolving business needs 9.
