Requirements Analysis — Act as a Technical Business Analyst to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. AEP or Adobe Campaign Data Modeling — Design XDM schemas, datasets, identity stitching strategies, and data ingestion patterns across batch and streaming sources. AJO Journey Design or Adobe Campaign — Architect real‑time and scheduled journeys, decisioning logic, segmentation, and personalization rules. Technical Documentation — Produce solution designs, sequence diagrams, data flow maps, and implementation playbooks. Stakeholder Alignment — Bridge business, marketing, engineering, and data teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment. |
Implementation Oversight — Guide development teams, validate configurations, perform QA, and ensure solutions meet architectural standards.
Required Qualifications
Solution architecture experience — 5–10+ years designing enterprise-scale MarTech or data-driven architectures, ideally within Adobe Experience Cloud.
Technical Business Analysis — Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Data modeling & engineering fundamentals — Understanding of ETL/ELT, event streaming, APIs, JSON, data governance, and customer identity resolution.
Integration architecture — Experience integrating Adobe tools with CRM, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and activation channels.
Marketing technology knowledge — Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, and customer journey frameworks.
Documentation & design artifacts — Ability to produce solution designs, sequence diagrams, data flow maps, and architectural blueprints.
Stakeholder communication — Ability to bridge marketing, engineering, data, and business teams with clear communication and decision-making.
