AWS Connect Tester (Bilingual – English & French)
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute test cases for Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Validate inbound and outbound call flows, IVR menus, queue routing, callbacks, voicemail, and agent experiences.
- Verify customer journeys across voice, chat, email, and other supported channels through end-to-end testing.
- Test Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, queues, agent configurations, and integrations with AWS services including AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch, as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dynamics.
- Perform bilingual validation of IVR prompts, chatbot responses, email templates, customer-facing content, speech recognition, and text-to-speech functionality in both English and French, while executing regression, integration, system, UAT, and production validation testing.

What you need to have to be considered
- Experience testing Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Hands-on experience testing IVR systems, contact flows, queue routing, and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Experience validating integrations with AWS services including AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with CRM integration testing, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Fluency in both English and French with experience performing localization, linguistic, and multilingual customer experience testing.
- Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test data, and executing regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience using defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer experience workflows.
- Experience validating speech recognition and text-to-speech solutions in multilingual environments.
- Experience preparing test execution reports, defect summaries, and release readiness assessments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
