Senior Network Engineer
About the role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data center, campus, and wireless network solutions that support business-critical operations. You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure Engineering team and work collaboratively with network architects, security teams, project managers, and key business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing network environments.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, deployment, migration, and support of large-scale enterprise data center and campus network infrastructures.
- Implement and optimize Cisco BGP EVPN/VXLAN solutions to enable scalable network segmentation and modernized connectivity.
- Design, configure, and maintain Cisco ACI environments, including fabric architecture, policy management, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Drive wireless infrastructure modernization initiatives, including access point refreshes, RF optimization, and performance improvements for high-density environments.
- Develop technical designs, migration plans, testing strategies, operational runbooks, and documentation while providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams.

What you need to have to be considered
- 15+ years of experience designing, implementing, and migrating large-scale enterprise routing and switching environments.
- Strong expertise with Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ACI (APIC), and campus networking solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Cisco BGP EVPN/VXLAN architectures in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of wireless networking technologies, including Cisco wireless solutions, Catalyst Center, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), Access Points, and Cisco ISE integration.
- Advanced understanding of routing protocols and network architectures, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, VPN/IPsec, and VoIP.
- Experience working in complex multi-vendor environments that may include Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Zscaler, and Citrix technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across data center, campus, wireless, and security domains.
- Experience creating High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation plans, migration plans, and acceptance testing documentation.
- Advanced/proficient English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
These will help you stand out
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking credentials.
- Experience leading enterprise network modernization and hardware refresh initiatives.
- Expertise in wireless RF design, site surveys, coverage optimization, and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of enterprise security best practices, threat mitigation, and compliance-driven network design.
- Experience mentoring engineers and serving as a technical lead for large-scale infrastructure projects.
