Job Summary
Program Manager role for an MNC requiring fourteen to seventeen years of experience in managing complex programs NTAC using strong project management risk management and stakeholder management expertise. The role involves coordinating hybrid work model teams ensuring on time delivery maintaining compliance and driving measurable business value in alignment with organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
Domain Experience - NDC Air Offer Load Coordinator
- Drive end to end program planning by defining scope milestones dependencies and realistic timelines to ensure predictable delivery across multiple projects within the program.
- Coordinate cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure consistent communication alignment on priorities and timely resolution of delivery constraints.
- Implement structured risk management practices by identifying analyzing and tracking program risks while defining mitigation and contingency actions that protect delivery outcomes.
- Monitor program financials by tracking budget forecasts variances and resource costs to ensure efficient use of funds and adherence to agreed financial targets.
- Develop detailed program status reports and dashboards that clearly present progress risks and issues to senior stakeholders to support informed decision making.
- Engage business and technical stakeholders through regular forums to clarify expectations manage scope changes and maintain shared understanding of program objectives.
- Align program outcomes with organizational strategy by translating strategic goals into measurable program level objectives and success metrics.
- Standardize project management practices across all workstreams by promoting common tools templates and governance mechanisms aligned with industry frameworks.
- Manage program level issue resolution by tracking escalations facilitating problem solving discussions and driving timely closure of critical blockers.
- Support quality management by defining acceptance criteria monitoring compliance to standards and coordinating reviews that safeguard solution reliability and user satisfaction.
- Optimize resource utilization by collaborating with resource managers to forecast demand balance workloads and maintain continuity of key skills across program phases.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned sharing best practices and incorporating feedback into future planning and execution cycles.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to enable smooth transition from delivery to steady state operations while protecting service continuity for end users.
Qualifications
