About the role

As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, building and operationalizing AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will develop reusable harnesses, automation workflows and conversational-to-production capabilities that improve software quality and delivery.

  • Automate software testing and solution-delivery processes to improve quality, consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop reusable harness skills, templates and frameworks that enable repeatable AI-assisted delivery.
  • Create solution-design and technical-design documentation to guide implementation, governance and maintenance.
  • Apply commercial generative AI technologies, including Claude, GitHub Copilot and OpenAI GPT models, to address business and engineering challenges.
  • Support legacy-system modernization, brownfield initiatives and highly governed regulatory programs.
  • Contribute to greenfield development and SaaS-conversion programs.
  • Develop AI evaluation, regression-testing and quality-assurance approaches to improve solution reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical and business requirements into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions.
