Job Summary
Sr Consultant in a hybrid work model will deliver advanced business and technology consulting services for global clients applying eight to ten years of expertise to solve complex problems optimize processes and drive measurable outcomes while aligning solutions to company strategy and creating sustainable value for customers and society.
Responsibilities
Drive end to end consulting engagements for global clients by analyzing complex business problems and designing practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and long term value creation for the company and its customers.Provide expert guidance on process optimization by evaluating current workflows identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements that enhance productivity and reduce overall delivery risk across projects.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in a hybrid work environment to translate client needs into detailed solution approaches that are feasible scalable and aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.Develop comprehensive project plans by defining scope estimating effort and planning activities that ensure timely delivery of consulting outcomes within the agreed quality benchmarks for day shift operations.Lead advanced data driven analysis using appropriate tools and methods to uncover patterns quantify benefits and present clear insights that support informed decision making and strategic planning for client stakeholders.Prepare high quality client deliverables including reports presentations and recommendations that communicate complex concepts in a clear narrative and support adoption of proposed solutions across business units.Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining transparent communication clarifying requirements and regularly tracking progress so that project objectives remain achievable and aligned with client priorities.Support implementation of approved solutions by providing detailed guidance to execution teams resolving issues and validating outcomes against predefined success metrics to ensure sustainable impact for both the client and the company.Mentor junior consultants informally by sharing domain knowledge reviewing their analysis and offering constructive feedback that strengthens team capability and maintains consistent consulting standards.Coordinate with internal governance and quality teams to ensure that all engagements adhere to organizational policies regulatory requirements and ethical practices that protect customer trust and societal interests.Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each engagement proposing enhancements to methodologies and promoting reuse of proven practices across similar consulting assignments.Engage in regular client review sessions during day shift hours to present progress updates validate assumptions and refine solution approaches based on evolving business conditions and stakeholder feedback.Contribute to business development activities by identifying follow on opportunities within ongoing engagements and supporting the creation of proposals that demonstrate tangible value and long term partnership potential.
Qualifications
Apply eight to ten years of consulting or relevant industry experience by demonstrating deep understanding of business analysis methods and solution delivery practices that consistently produce measurable performance improvements.Utilize strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex data sets and business scenarios while selecting appropriate techniques that lead to clear and actionable recommendations for clients.Demonstrate proficiency in standard productivity and collaboration tools commonly used in hybrid consulting environments to coordinate tasks document findings and maintain seamless communication across locations.Leverage excellent communication and presentation skills to explain detailed analysis defend recommendations and facilitate constructive dialogue with diverse stakeholder groups in a respectful and inclusive manner.Show proven ability to work independently within a hybrid work model by organizing personal workload meeting commitments without supervision and adapting flexibly to changing client and project demands.Bring experience in structured methodologies such as project management and process improvement frameworks applied pragmatically to ensure disciplined execution and repeatable positive outcomes.Display strong client management capabilities by building trustful relationships understanding industry context and tailoring consulting approaches so that solutions remain relevant and practical for each organization.
