The professional will design and implement robust solutions that improve retail operations and customer experience ensuring scalable product integration across channels without travel requirements. 3. Responsibilities : -Design integration solutions that connect agent based artificial intelligence capabilities with retail merchandising platforms to optimize inventory planning and product lifecycle management -Develop and enhance Java based services that support multi channel order management processes ensuring reliable orchestration of orders across diverse retail channels -Implement PL SQL procedures and database structures that ensure accurate transactional data flow between merchandising systems and order management services for efficient reporting and reconciliation -Coordinate with cross functional teams to understand merchandising and order management requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs that support business growth -Configure and maintain product integration components that support real time visibility of stock availability pricing and promotions within retail merchandising systems -Conduct detailed impact analysis and technical assessments for new features or changes ensuring that integrations remain stable and performance oriented in a hybrid working environment -Perform rigorous unit integration and system testing for Java and PL SQL components verifying that agent based intelligence and retail systems work together to deliver consistent customer experiences -Analyze production incidents related to merchandising and multi channel order flows and provide timely resolutions that reduce downtime and protect revenue sensitive processes -Optimize existing integration pipelines by reviewing code data models and process flows to enhance throughput accuracy and resource utilization for complex retail scenarios -Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and dashboards that monitor integration health service performance and order fulfillment quality supporting continuous improvement initiatives -Document integration designs configuration steps and operational procedures in a clear structure that supports knowledge sharing and sustainable maintenance by distributed teams -Align integration work with company objectives on responsible artificial intelligence and digital retail transformation ensuring that solutions contribute to better customer journeys and operational efficiency -Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations for data security and privacy when handling customer and order data across connected retail systems -Qualifications -Demonstrate strong proficiency in designing and implementing agent based artificial intelligence solutions that interact with enterprise retail applications and order management services -Exhibit hands on experience with Claude based artificial intelligence workflows and prompt orchestration to support decision assistance and automation in merchandising and order operations -Apply solid Java programming expertise to build stable performant services and integration layers that can handle large scale retail transactions and multi channel data exchange -Use advanced PL SQL skills to design queries procedures and optimization strategies that maintain data integrity and timely access to merchandising and order information -Show practical knowledge of retail merchandising system processes including assortment planning pricing promotions and allocation to shape integration logic that matches domain needs -Possess deep understanding of multi channel order management service flows covering order capture routing fulfillment and returns across online store and partner channels -Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid model collaborating remotely and on site using structured communication and documentation practices to keep integration work aligned -Display familiarity with modern integration patterns application programming interfaces and event driven approaches to ensure extensible connectivity between artificial intelligence engines and retail platforms 9.
