Position Summary:
•Business needs a Delivery Lead for their upcoming Digital Transformation program.
•The Delivery Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and services, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
•The role leads cross-functional and distributed teams, aligns delivery plans with client and organizational priorities, and serves as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and issues.
•The incumbent drives delivery governance, operational excellence, financial performance, stakeholder confidence, and continuous improvement across the engagement.
Mandatory Skills:
•Strong experience with Momentum Model, Scaled Agile framework.
•Strong experience of leading global delivery teams in the Australian Insurance industry.
•Strong experience of delivering projects in a co-existence environment of Redshift and Databricks.
•Strong experience in handling large data migration between Protect and Duck Creek.
•Strong experience with ADLC implementation from scratch.
•Experience with Agentic AI based STTM validation, Code generation and Data Testing.
•Strong experience in program/project delivery within technology services, including planning, execution, governance, and transition to operations.
•Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with sound knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, quality engineering, and IT service management.
•Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, executive communication, negotiation, and management of expectations and escalations.
•Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource and capacity planning, commercial management, risk management, and delivery metrics.
•Proven leadership of cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in a matrix environment, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, release schedules, resource allocations, and acceptance criteria across concurrent workstreams.
•Lead delivery teams, establish clear accountability, remove impediments, resolve conflicts, coach leaders, and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
•Maintain effective governance through status reviews, steering forums, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, RAID logs, change control, and timely executive reporting.
•Manage client relationships, translate business priorities into executable plans, provide transparent progress updates, and address concerns and escalations promptly.
•Control budgets, forecasts, utilization, staffing, vendor performance, and contractual commitments to achieve agreed financial and commercial outcomes.
•Ensure compliance with architecture, security, regulatory, quality, and operational-readiness standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
•Identify and mitigate delivery risks, coordinate recovery plans, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive measurable continuous improvement.
•Support proposals, estimations, solution shaping, mobilization, and transition activities for new and expanding engagements.
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
•Typically, 20+ years of technology delivery experience, including 10+ years leading large, complex, multi-team programs or managed-service engagements.
•PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent delivery certification is preferred.
Salary Range:>$100,000
