Cognizant Consulting is more than Cognizant’s consulting practice, we’re a global community of 5,000+ experts dedicated to helping clients reimagine their business. Blending our deep industry and technology advisory capability, we create innovative business solutions for Fortune 500 clients. And now, we’re looking for our next colleague who’ll join us in shaping the future of business. Could it be you?
About the role
As a AI Workforce Transformation & Adoption Lead, you will make an impact by leading the adoption of Orion and helping the organization transition to a new way of working in which people increasingly work side-by-side with AI agents, connecting workforce adoption, business transformation, and product evolution to ensure Orion delivers sustained operational value. You will be a valued member of the Orion team and work collaboratively with the Orion Technical Product Manager, business and operations teams, and clients.
In this role, you will
- Drive Orion adoption beyond traditional training and rollout, helping teams understand what becomes possible with AI agents and progressing them through imagine-and-experiment, reimagining the work, and normalizing and scaling AI-enabled ways of working.
- Work directly with individual teams and roles to understand their work, challenges, and opportunities, and redesign how people and AI agents work together day to day.
- Shape the broader transformation agenda, contributing to decisions about how processes, workflows, roles, organizational structures, inputs and outputs, culture, training, and skills evolve as AI becomes embedded in the operation.
- Act as a bridge between on-the-ground reality and leadership conversations about how the organization should transform.
- Partner closely with the Orion Technical Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the Orion product roadmap, translating workforce needs, workflow opportunities, and adoption insights into product requirements and capabilities.

What you must have to be considered
- Proven experience leading technology or AI adoption and change management, driving measurable uptake of new tools and ways of working across teams.
- Strong business transformation experience, including redesigning processes, workflows, roles, and operating models.
- Ability to work hands-on with individual teams to understand their work and translate those insights into practical change.
- Experience partnering with product management to turn user and workforce needs into prioritized product requirements and roadmap decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to bridge frontline teams and senior leadership.
These will help you succeed
- Familiarity with AI agents and how human-and-AI collaboration reshapes day-to-day work.
- Experience scaling and normalizing new workflows and behaviors across an organization.
- A product mindset and comfort working closely with technical product managers and engineering teams.
- Strong facilitation skills to build awareness, excitement, and practical understanding through experimentation.
- Experience operating in a fast-evolving environment where strategy, adoption, and product continuously reinforce one another.
We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Don't hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed.
