Job Summary
Drive complex Hana implementation and upgradation programs and S4HANA project portfolio management initiatives for global industrial manufacturing clients in a hybrid work model. Coordinate cross functional teams ensure delivery excellence and optimize business outcomes through structured program governance and risk management while aligning technology investments with strategic enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Hana implementation and upgradation programs by defining scope objectives and measurable outcomes that align with enterprise digital transformation priorities and industrial manufacturing processes.
- Oversee integrated S4HANA project portfolio management activities by orchestrating multiple projects balancing resources and ensuring that dependencies are managed to achieve on time and within budget delivery.
- Provide structured program governance by establishing clear operating rhythms decision forums and progress reviews that give senior stakeholders transparent insight into risks issues and milestones.
- Drive standardized delivery methodologies and templates for Hana and S4HANA initiatives by promoting consistent practices that improve quality predictability and reuse across the program portfolio.
- Coordinate hybrid work collaboration by organizing onsite and virtual ceremonies ensuring efficient communication channels and maintaining cohesive teamwork across geographically distributed participants.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by translating complex Hana and S4HANA solution designs into business focused narratives that clarify value creation for industrial manufacturing operations and corporate functions.
- Monitor program financials by tracking budgets forecasts and benefit realization metrics so that technology investments contribute demonstrably to company profitability and long term competitiveness.
- Guide risk and issue management by proactively identifying delivery threats across technical environments data migration and process change while driving timely mitigation actions with accountable owners.
- Align program outcomes with sustainability and societal impact goals by prioritizing Hana and S4HANA capabilities that enable efficient production planning reduced waste and more responsible resource consumption in manufacturing ecosystems.
- Coordinate cutover go live and hypercare activities for Hana and S4HANA programs by synchronizing business readiness technical validation and support models that reduce disruption for end users.
- Enable continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each implementation wave and systematically embedding better practices into future projects within the S4HANA portfolio.
- Support change and communication management by collaborating with domain experts in industrial manufacturing to design training plans process documentation and adoption measures that accelerate user confidence.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads by validating that Hana and S4HANA solutions remain scalable secure and compliant with corporate and regulatory standards across all program phases.
Qualifications
- Utilize extensive experience in Hana implementation and upgradation to define realistic technical roadmaps coordinate system landscapes and ensure that performance resilience and data integrity meet business expectations.
- Apply deep background in S4HANA project portfolio management to prioritize initiatives establish value based selection criteria and maintain a balanced delivery pipeline that optimizes resource utilization.
- Leverage familiarity with industrial manufacturing domains to contextualize requirements map system capabilities to shop floor and supply chain processes and advocate for features that improve operational efficiency.
- Employ advanced program management skills including scope control schedule planning and dependency tracking to keep complex multi year technology transformations progressing as committed.
- Use strong stakeholder management and communication abilities to negotiate trade offs facilitate consensus among business and technical groups and maintain clarity of decision making across the portfolio.
- Demonstrate experience in hybrid work environments by orchestrating collaboration tools enabling remote participation in key ceremonies and preserving shared ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Apply analytical and problem solving skills to interpret program data identify patterns in delivery performance and recommend corrective actions that elevate success rates for Hana and S4HANA projects.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include SAP Certified Technology Specialist HANA and SAP S4HANA Project Management.
