Job Summary
Serve as a product configurator for integrated solutions based on Temenos Wealth Suite platforms and Triple A plus domain translating complex front office requirements into robust configurations that enhance client portfolio management and advisory workflows while working in a hybrid day shift model to support global stakeholders and deliver consistent quality across implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and front office stakeholders to interpret detailed wealth management requirements and convert them into precise configurations within Temenos Wealth Suite platforms that optimize advisory processes and portfolio servicing workflows.
- Configure Temenos WS Front Office Tech components to streamline user journeys for relationship managers and advisors ensuring efficient navigation reporting and client interaction capabilities aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
- Implement and validate product parameterization in Temenos Wealth Suite Platform focusing on portfolio structures pricing models suitability rules and investment profiling to support accurate decision making and risk aware advisory services.
- Customize Temenos Wealth Suite Front End screens workflows and widgets to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance productivity for front office users without compromising data integrity or performance.
- Optimize Triple A plus domain configurations to support complex portfolio strategies discretionary mandates and advisory models ensuring that investment rules and alerts are consistently enforced across client accounts.
- Analyze end to end configuration impacts across Temenos components to identify dependencies performance considerations and data flow constraints and resolve issues proactively through well planned changes and thorough testing.
- Develop detailed configuration specifications and mapping documents that describe product features client segments portfolios and fee structures enabling traceability for audit and future enhancements.
- Execute configuration unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing cycles by preparing test scenarios validating results and documenting defects and resolutions with clear root cause analysis.
- Provide configuration support during releases and maintenance windows by reviewing deployment packages coordinating with technical teams and confirming that front office and Triple A plus setups function as expected after changes.
- Engage with support and operations teams to investigate production issues related to Temenos Wealth Suite configurations and implement corrective actions that minimize client impact and prevent reoccurrence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration standards by proposing reusable patterns naming conventions and documentation practices that increase consistency and reduce onboarding time for new products.
- Align configuration activities with organizational objectives for sustainable investing and responsible advisory by enabling product features that support transparency client suitability and long term portfolio resilience.
- Work effectively in a hybrid environment by coordinating tasks with onsite and remote team members ensuring timely communication clear status reporting and stable day shift support to business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong hands on experience in Temenos WS Front Office Tech with a proven ability to configure front office modules to support wealth advisory CRM and portfolio monitoring activities.
- Show deep familiarity with Temenos Wealth Suite Platform including configuration of product catalog portfolio hierarchies client profiling rules and workflow orchestration for complex wealth management scenarios.
- Apply expertise in Temenos Wealth Suite Front End customization to design efficient screens and workflows that improve usability for advisors while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
- Exhibit practical experience in Temenos Wealth Suite configurations across multiple projects handling cross module dependencies and ensuring reliable integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Possess strong Triple A plus domain knowledge covering portfolio analytics mandate definition risk profiling and advisory rule engines to create configurations that reflect real world investment practices.
- Utilize solid analytical and problem solving skills to dissect configuration issues interpret logs and data and propose pragmatic solutions that restore system stability and user confidence.
- Communicate clearly with cross functional teams and stakeholders by explaining configuration decisions documenting changes and presenting impact assessments in an accessible and structured manner.
- Apply sound understanding of wealth management business processes including client onboarding portfolio construction advisory workflows and reporting to ensure configurations match actual operational needs.
- Maintain high quality standards by following structured methods for configuration versioning review and testing supporting robust governance across hybrid working arrangements and shared environments.
