Technology Program Manager
Cognizant is seeking an experienced 15 + years of experience Technology Program Manager to join a global banking technology organization. In this Associate Director-level role, you will lead complex initiatives that modernize banking products and cloud infrastructure. You will combine strategic planning, structured execution, and stakeholder alignment to deliver secure, scalable solutions that strengthen customer trust, operational efficiency, business growth, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead complex technology programs supporting banking products and cloud infrastructure modernization.
· Define program strategy, roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
· Drive digital transformation, cloud migration, and platform modernization initiatives from planning through execution.
· Align business and technology stakeholders on priorities, scope, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
· Promote secure, scalable solutions that support customer trust, operational efficiency, business growth, and compliance.
· Collaborate across business and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
· 15+ years of relevant experience in technology program management, including complex initiatives within banking or financial services.
· Experience managing complex technology programs in banking or financial services.
· Knowledge of custom services and banking products.
· Demonstrated strategic leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with cloud infrastructure, cloud migration, or platform modernization initiatives.
· Ability to establish structured delivery plans, milestones, governance, and risk management practices.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
Work Location.
This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between CAD 164-194k yearly depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
