This is a unique opportunity to build a capability from the ground up, defining the vision, roadmap, architecture standards, accelerators, and delivery approach for ServiceNow S2P solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping how procurement and purchasing workflows are modernised through ServiceNow, while partnering with sales, delivery, architecture, and client teams to drive successful outcomes.

As a senior capability leader, you will balance hands-on solution delivery with practice development, helping establish a market-leading S2P offering and creating the foundations for future growth across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay capability within the Centre of Excellence.

• Define and execute the S2P capability roadmap, including delivery standards, governance models, implementation methodologies, and best practices.

• Develop the reference architecture, operating model, and reusable solution patterns for ServiceNow S2P implementations.

• Act as the senior technical lead on Source-to-Pay implementations involving procurement process automation, supplier management, purchasing workflows, and ERP integrations.

• Design scalable ServiceNow-based procurement solutions that improve visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Lead architecture and technical design activities across complex S2P engagements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement processes and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Guide implementation teams on solution design, integration patterns, security, governance, and platform best practices.

• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and integration issues across S2P implementations.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise procurement, finance, ERP, and supplier management platforms.

• Build reusable accelerators, templates, implementation kits, and delivery assets to improve implementation consistency and speed.

• Develop internal enablement programs, training materials, and learning pathways to build organisational capability.

• Establish delivery standards, technical governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes for S2P engagements.

• Support pre-sales activities including workshops, solution architecture, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and RFP responses.

• Define and evolve capability development and certification pathways for the broader ServiceNow S2P practice.

• Mentor consultants, developers, and architects while helping grow the capability across the region.

• Build and maintain relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, internal practice leaders, and delivery teams to drive capability maturity and market growth.

• Drive the successful delivery of S2P projects while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, architectural standards, and business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering enterprise workflow automation solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub, App Engine, Flow Designer, APIs, and integration-led solution delivery.

• Experience designing and implementing Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or vendor lifecycle solutions.

• Strong understanding of procurement operations, sourcing, purchasing processes, approvals, supplier onboarding, and vendor management workflows.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, Ariba, or similar enterprise systems.

• Strong solution architecture and technical design experience across enterprise-scale environments.

• Ability to establish new delivery practices, define standards, build frameworks, and develop reusable solution patterns from first principles.

• Experience leading technical teams and providing architecture oversight across multiple projects and programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to engage executives, procurement leaders, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, business development initiatives, and solution pursuits.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic objectives and delivery commitments.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and Centre of Excellence operating models.

• Experience creating accelerators, blueprints, governance frameworks, and implementation methodologies.

• Ability to drive capability growth, mentor team members, and establish long-term organisational capability.

• Experience in procurement transformation, supplier management, sourcing, finance operations, or workflow modernisation initiatives highly desirable.
