Job Summary

Drive end to end delivery of enterprise applications as an Applications Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP development SAP BTP services and integration while aligning solutions to sales and operational planning processes. Collaborate in a hybrid work model on complex projects ensuring scalable reliable and secure applications that support business growth and operational excellence across global operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead complex SAP development initiatives leveraging JavaScript and SAP BTP capabilities to deliver robust scalable and maintainable applications that directly support sales and operational planning objectives
  • Oversee the design and build of end to end integrations using SAP BTP IS CPI B2B EDI to enable seamless data exchange across internal systems and external partner ecosystems improving process efficiency and transparency
  • Provide technical direction for solutions using SAP BTP IS Event Mesh to implement event driven architectures that enhance real time visibility and responsiveness for key planning and operational processes
  • Coordinate application architecture decisions across SAP BTP services to ensure solutions are secure high performing and compliant with enterprise standards while remaining adaptable to evolving business requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales and operational planning workflows by translating domain requirements into high quality technical designs configuration and custom development that enhance forecast accuracy and supply demand alignment
  • Collaborate closely with functional experts in sales and operational planning to validate solution designs refine user stories and ensure that delivered features create measurable value for business stakeholders
  • Guide code quality practices including reusable component design structured testing and performance optimization for SAP development with JavaScript ensuring long term stability and ease of maintenance
  • Manage hybrid work model collaboration by establishing clear technical documentation coding standards and communication routines that support distributed teams and consistent delivery outcomes
  • Support day shift operations by providing timely technical analysis and issue resolution for production and project environments minimizing disruption to planning cycles and daily business activities
  • Coordinate deployment and release activities for SAP BTP and integration components ensuring proper version control regression validation and alignment with enterprise change management processes
  • Align technical solutions with organizational purpose by enabling better sales and operational decisions that reduce waste improve service levels and contribute to more sustainable and efficient supply chains
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through technical walkthroughs solution documentation and mentoring of peers strengthening the overall capability of the applications team and improving delivery quality
  • Engage with cross functional stakeholders to assess new requirements estimate effort and prioritize enhancements so that the applications portfolio continues to support strategic growth and operational resilience


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive hands on experience in SAP development with strong proficiency in JavaScript for custom applications enhancements and extensions that integrate smoothly with core SAP platforms
  • Exhibit deep knowledge of SAP BTP including integration services application development capabilities and security concepts to design and implement enterprise grade cloud solutions
  • Show proven expertise in SAP BTP IS CPI B2B EDI configurations and mappings with the ability to handle complex partner integrations and high volume transactional flows reliably
  • Apply practical experience with SAP BTP IS Event Mesh to design event driven integration patterns that support near real time updates and scalable communication between diverse applications
  • Utilize strong domain experience in sales and operational planning to interpret forecasting demand planning and supply planning processes into well structured technical solutions and data models
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of hybrid work environments and collaboration tools enabling effective coordination of design development and testing activities across onsite and remote team members
  • Display proven capability in working within day shift models supporting critical planning windows and ensuring timely issue resolution without requiring travel aligning with project and organizational constraints
