Job Summary : Join a global technology organization as a Quality Engineer Junior with seven to ten years of experience focusing on modern test automation agentic AI enabled validation and continuous delivery practices in a hybrid work model. Contribute to building reliable digital products by designing robust test frameworks using Java Cypress Playwright WebDriverIO and BDD while ensuring data integrity across SQL and No SQL systems and supporting agile teams in day shift operations. 3. Responsibilities : -Design and enhance automated test frameworks using Java based tools to validate complex web applications and services while ensuring stability and ease of maintenance in an agile environment. -Develop and execute comprehensive automated test suites using Cypress Playwright and WebDriverIO that cover functional regression and integration scenarios to improve product quality and release confidence. -Collaborate closely with agile cross functional teams to refine user stories define acceptance criteria and incorporate BDD practices that align quality outcomes with business expectations and user value. -Implement and optimize CI CD pipelines for test execution by integrating automated suites and quality gates into DevOps workflows to reduce cycle time and enable frequent reliable releases. -Create and maintain robust test data strategies for DB SQL and No SQL systems that ensure data consistency coverage and traceability across environments and support accurate validation of data driven features. -Apply agentic AI capabilities to design intelligent testing approaches such as adaptive test selection anomaly detection and scenario generation that increase coverage and reduce manual analysis effort. -Conduct detailed root cause analysis of defects and production issues by reviewing logs database records and automation results to drive targeted fixes and prevent recurrence through improved test coverage. -Coordinate hybrid work activities with global stakeholders by providing clear test status risk assessments and quality metrics that support informed decisions and align with organizational delivery goals. -Perform thorough non functional validations such as reliability and basic performance checks within automation frameworks to safeguard user experience and system resilience under typical day shift operations. -Document test strategies test cases automation architecture and execution outcomes in a structured and accessible manner so that teams can reuse knowledge and maintain long term quality assets. -Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing automation practices identifying gaps and proposing enhancements that align with DevOps fundamentals and foster a culture of built in quality. -Engage with domain experts in network operations and management when applicable to design realistic test scenarios that reflect operational workflows and enhance reliability of network related features. -Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and industry best practices by aligning testing activities to established guidelines and contributing insights that strengthen the company commitment to dependable digital solutions. -Qualifications -Demonstrate strong proficiency in agile methodologies by actively contributing to ceremonies managing test activities within iterations and ensuring that quality goals are met for each increment. -Show deep hands on experience with DB SQL and No SQL technologies by designing queries preparing datasets and verifying transactional and non relational behaviors essential for accurate validation. -Exhibit practical understanding of agentic AI concepts by using AI assisted tools or approaches to improve test selection defect pattern analysis and intelligent reporting in everyday testing work. -Apply solid programming skills in Java to build reusable automation libraries integrate third party tools and support scalable test frameworks that can evolve with product requirements. -Display familiarity with CI CD and DevOps fundamentals by configuring jobs managing artifacts and collaborating with engineering teams to keep test stages reliable and efficient. -Utilize BDD techniques effectively by writing clear scenarios in business oriented language and aligning them with automation so that quality checks remain transparent and traceable for stakeholders. -Bring proven expertise in Cypress Playwright and WebDriverIO by implementing robust end to end tests handling asynchronous behaviors and maintaining suites that run consistently in diverse environments. -Preferably draw on experience in network operations and management to interpret domain requirements and design tests that reflect real operational conditions and network behaviors. -Adopt hybrid work practices responsibly by coordinating onsite and remote collaboration maintaining strong communication and using digital tools to keep quality engineering activities visible and aligned. 9.
