Lead Item Processing consulting engagements for Banking, Cards & Payments clients from initiation through go-live. They build and execute project plans using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies with critical-path analysis to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. They own client and stakeholder relationships, resolve complex queries, drive cross-functional teams, and document consulting solutions end-to-end. Lead and Sr Lead levels additionally forecast operational targets at the departmental level and provide strategic direction on complex multi-workstream programs.
Must have:
Banking, Cards & Payments domain
• Project planning & end-to-end management — initiation through completion
• Execute consulting projects aligned to client objectives
• Manage client & stakeholder relationships, timelines, budgets & escalations
• Handle complex client queries; develop & document consulting solutions
• Strategic insights; cross-functional team leadership
• Forecast operational targets impacting departmental results (lead/Sr lead levels)
• Complex technical & business research/analysis
Spanish (Advance), English (Intermediate)
Nice to Have:
PM methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum; advanced project planning tools & critical path analysis; 2–3 yrs (PM II) to 5+ yrs (Lead/Sr Lead) experience
