Job Title: SAP BI Data Analyst/Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Support & Operations
Provide level 1 / level 2 functional support for SAP BI reporting
Analyze and resolve SAP incidents and user issues within agreed SLAs.
Support daily operational activities (Incident), assist in data/report validation, basic troubleshooting, and testing.
Change & Enhancement Support
Support minor SAP change requests and enhancements.
Assist in design, development, and delivery of the SAP BI reporting request.
Participate in unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support documentation of report designs, test cases, and work instructions.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with business users, SAP functional experts, and technical teams.
Support clear communication between business and IT.
Participate in team meetings and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Documentation & Process Compliance
Maintain up‑to‑date reporting documentation.
Follow defined SAP governance, change, and incident management processes.
Ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications:
SAP BI Knowledge
SAP BW/4HANA modeling (InfoProviders, Composite Providers, Queries)
SAP HANA modeling (Calculation Views, CDS Views)
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (Administration, Dashboards)
SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) for advanced reporting
Exposure to data integration tools, SQL, or ABAP
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture
Soft Skills
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a global / multi‑country team.
Desirable Skills (Bonus Points):
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
Experience working in a support or application management environment.
Expertise in ABAP specifically CDS Views.
