Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have minimally 5 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods and have produced technical application architecture design or specifications.
- Candidate must have attended related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings.
- Candidate must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
- Candidate with experience in supporting Mobile and Cloud platforms, Micro-services & Micro-frontend technologies and DevOps with Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment experiences will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), nodeJS, automated software testing will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with Product Management skills and technical knowledge to clearly communicate requirements and lead product development from concept through to delivery will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI, along with strong awareness of privacy, data protection, and the ability to design ethical AI interaction products, will be highly advantageous.
