Job Responsibilities
Responsible for technology leadership, and governance over existing HR IT solutions within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
Responsible for driving digital initiative implementation for HR IT functions.
Gather business requirements, influence technology adoptions with stakeholders
Document functional / configuration specifications
Ensure solution quality, company policies, project methodologies are met. Support users in delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing service requests and ensuring SLAs are met, troubleshooting of technical issues, etc.
Work closely with stakeholders, vendors to ensure successful provision of support and maintenance in accordance with the SLA
Maintain HR solution interfaces
Perform necessary training with users if required
Job Requirements
Experience supporting various HR solutions
Experience with SuccessFactors with various modules
Successful experience of driving projects in HR functions
Successful experience of driving projects in other functions will be an advantage
Sound knowledge in HR processes
Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or similar industries will be an advantage
Good communication to articulate business requirements and deliver digital solution initiatives
PMP certification is an advantage
