Job Title: Middleware Engineer

Experience - 6 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, deploy, and manage enterprise applications using JBoss Application Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, and Apache Tomcat.
• Support middleware administration activities across JBoss EAP and Apache Tomcat platforms.
• Perform SSL configuration, certificate management, and secure connectivity setup where applicable.
• Troubleshoot application server, messaging, and deployment issues in Unix/Linux environments.
• Work with MQ-based integrations and support messaging-related connectivity and stability.
• Tune JVM settings, analyze performance issues, and support WAR/EAR deployments.
• Automate operational tasks using shell scripting and Unix scripting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on load balancers, reverse proxies, networking, and firewall rules.
Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience with Unix, RHEL, and Unix/Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with JBoss, WebLogic, and MQ.
• Strong shell scripting and Unix scripting skills.
• Experience with installation, configuration, deployment, and management of enterprise applications on JBoss, WebSphere Application Server, and Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with middleware administration, especially JBoss EAP and Apache Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of Java EE architecture, JVM tuning, and WAR/EAR deployments.
• Experience working on Linux/Unix systems with basic networking knowledge.
Good To Have
• Familiarity with load balancing, reverse proxies such as Apache HTTPD and NGINX, and firewall rules. dice+1
• Knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Exposure to digital banking environments.
