Job Summary
The Principal Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our projects leveraging their extensive experience in project management and commercial AI technologies. This position requires a deep understanding of the payer and provider domains ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet industry standards. The role is hybrid offering flexibility while maintaining a focus on day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.Oversee project management activities ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and within budget.Provide strategic guidance on the integration of commercial AI technologies to enhance operational capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.Develop comprehensive project plans using MS Office tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in AI and project management.Analyze and interpret data from payer and provider domains to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all architectural designs.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress.Monitor and evaluate project performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving among team members.Utilize expertise in commercial AI to develop solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in project management demonstrating the ability to lead large-scale projects successfully.Proficiency in MS Office tools with a strong ability to create detailed project documentation and presentations.Deep understanding of commercial AI technologies and their application in business settings.In-depth knowledge of payer and provider domains with a proven track record of delivering solutions in these areas.Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.Excellent communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
