Job Summary

The Principal Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our projects leveraging their extensive experience in project management and commercial AI technologies. This position requires a deep understanding of the payer and provider domains ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet industry standards. The role is hybrid offering flexibility while maintaining a focus on day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee project management activities ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and within budget.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the integration of commercial AI technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans using MS Office tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in AI and project management.
  • Analyze and interpret data from payer and provider domains to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all architectural designs.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving among team members.
  • Utilize expertise in commercial AI to develop solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in project management demonstrating the ability to lead large-scale projects successfully.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools with a strong ability to create detailed project documentation and presentations.
  • Deep understanding of commercial AI technologies and their application in business settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of payer and provider domains with a proven track record of delivering solutions in these areas.
  • Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
