Key Responsibilities
· AI-Integrated Web Applications: Design and develop responsive, data-driven web applications using React.js or Angular.
· Backend API Orchestration: Build robust and scalable backend services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) to manage complex AI logic and model interactions.
· System Integration: Develop secure APIs and data connectors to integrate internal knowledge bases and enterprise systems with AI orchestration layers.
· Performance & Accuracy Monitoring: Build dashboards and internal tools to track system precision, model performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
· Collaboration: Work closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into high-impact technical solutions.
· Lifecycle Management: Lead the full software development lifecycle, from initial prototyping and "Quick Win" deployments to managing "Complex Giant" production systems.
Qualifications & Experience
· Core Development: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
· Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python with experience in asynchronous programming and API design.
· Frontend Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with React.js or Angular, including state management and modern CSS frameworks.
· Database Management: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with Vector Databases or NoSQL environments.
· AI Tooling Awareness: Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs and building interfaces for RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
· Cloud Knowledge: Working knowledge of AWS or GCP for application deployment and monitoring; deep cloud infrastructure expertise is not required.
· Software Excellence: Strong understanding of Git, Docker, and CI/CD best practices.
