Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics with a preference for those with merchandising domain experience. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business requirements to provide effective solutions using NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NCR Advanced Store and POS systems to ensure smooth operations.Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary system enhancements.Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of system functionalities.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all system-related activities.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to management.

Possess a strong understanding of NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics with proven experience in their application.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Show a keen interest in merchandising domain knowledge enhancing system solutions.Display proficiency in documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
