Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics with a preference for those with merchandising domain experience. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business requirements to provide effective solutions using NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NCR Advanced Store and POS systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of system functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all system-related activities.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to management.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics with proven experience in their application.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show a keen interest in merchandising domain knowledge enhancing system solutions.
  • Display proficiency in documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
