Job Summary
This hybrid role is for a technical lead with six to ten years of experience who will design and optimize enterprise scale solutions using AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP in payer and provider domains. The role focuses on building data driven journeys and analytics capabilities that elevate member and patient experiences while supporting business growth and operational efficiency in a global corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the end to end technical design and implementation of solutions built on AEP Customer Journey Analytics to deliver actionable insights on member and patient journeys that support business decisions and experience improvements.Drive the configuration and optimization of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to orchestrate highly relevant omnichannel experiences for payer and provider stakeholders ensuring journeys are data driven and outcome oriented.Oversee the setup and maintenance of AEP RTCDP data models segments and profiles to enable real time activation of health care use cases such as eligibility outreach care management and wellness programs.Collaborate closely with product managers business analysts payer operations and provider network teams to translate complex health care requirements into scalable AEP solutions that align with organizational objectives.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to implementation teams by reviewing solution designs code assets and configuration to ensure quality standards and best practices are consistently applied.Ensure robust integration of AEP platforms with enterprise data sources and downstream engagement systems such as portals contact centers and marketing tools to create a seamless data and activation ecosystem.Develop and maintain documentation for architectures solution designs data flows and configuration decisions so that the AEP landscape remains transparent maintainable and resilient over time.Coordinate technical troubleshooting and incident resolution by analyzing logs configurations and data pipelines to quickly address issues that impact journeys analytics or real time activation.Implement governance and compliance controls across AEP usage including data access rules consent handling and privacy safeguards to support regulatory needs in payer and provider contexts.Collaborate with analytics and data science colleagues to operationalize models and propensity scores within AEP so journeys and campaigns can be continuously optimized for member and patient outcomes.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing journey performance metrics defining experiments and implementing enhancements that improve engagement satisfaction and operational efficiency for health care stakeholders.Communicate technical recommendations and solution options in clear business oriented language to stakeholders so decisions around investments and priorities are well informed and aligned to strategy.Coordinate with global and regional teams in a hybrid work model ensuring smooth handoffs documentation and remote collaboration practices that maintain delivery quality and predictability.
Qualifications
Apply deep hands on experience with AEP Customer Journey Analytics to design advanced reporting schemas and dashboards that reveal patterns in utilization member behavior and provider interactions.Leverage strong proficiency in AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to create and maintain complex decisioning logic audience rules and journey paths tailored to payer benefits workflows and provider engagement.Use expert knowledge of AEP RTCDP to architect identity strategies segment definitions and profile enrichments that power personalized outreach while respecting health data sensitivity.Demonstrate solid experience in payer domain processes such as claims processing authorizations care management and member services to ensure technical solutions fit real operational scenarios.Demonstrate solid experience in provider domain processes including clinical coordination scheduling referrals and performance reporting so journeys align with care delivery realities.Apply strong skills in data modeling query design and analytics interpretation to connect AEP outputs with business outcomes such as reduced churn improved adherence and better care experience.Use effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across cross functional teams in a hybrid environment supporting workshops design reviews and solution walkthroughs.
