About the Role
As a Tech Lead/Architect (M) – Python and Data Science Tech Stack, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on delivering data-driven solutions that create business value. You will be a key member of the engineering and data science organization, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional partners. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, fostering innovation, and driving a collaborative team culture.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions using Python and modern data science technologies.
- Oversee project delivery by managing technical design, timelines, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful execution within scope and budget.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models, data science solutions, and analytics capabilities to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring consistency, integration, and engineering excellence across projects.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in application design and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, data wrangling, and model optimization.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- M.Sc., M.Tech., or B.Tech. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar leadership role within the industry.
- A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for impactful work.

- Relevant certifications in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Experience leading large-scale data science and AI transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for complex technical and business problems.
- Expertise in performance tuning and scalability optimization for data-driven applications.
