About the Role

As a Tech Lead/Architect (M) – Python and Data Science Tech Stack, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on delivering data-driven solutions that create business value. You will be a key member of the engineering and data science organization, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional partners. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning.

In this role, you will:

1. Lead and mentor a team of Python developers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, fostering innovation, and driving a collaborative team culture.
2. Architect, design, and develop scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions using Python and modern data science technologies.
3. Oversee project delivery by managing technical design, timelines, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful execution within scope and budget.
4. Implement and optimize machine learning models, data science solutions, and analytics capabilities to address complex business challenges.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring consistency, integration, and engineering excellence across projects.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in application design and engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, data wrangling, and model optimization.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• M.Sc., M.Tech., or B.Tech. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar leadership role within the industry.
• A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for impactful work.

These Will Help You Succeed

• Relevant certifications in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Experience leading large-scale data science and AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for complex technical and business problems.
• Expertise in performance tuning and scalability optimization for data-driven applications.
