Lifecycle Management (LCM) Project Manager will lead end-to-end planning governance execution and reporting of global hardware refresh deployment asset lifecycle warranty management and disposal initiatives. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders IT Infrastructure teams vendors procurement logistics providers and regional deployment teams to ensure successful delivery of LCM programs.
What you’ll do in the role:
Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning by identifying End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) assets, maintaining refresh roadmaps, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and coordinating hardware replacement programmes across plant locations.
Lead infrastructure refresh and migration activities, including server, workstation, storage, and network upgrades, while ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations.
Maintain asset and configuration management by keeping CMDB records, tracking inventory and warranties, and managing asset onboarding, relocation, and decommissioning activities.
Provide plant infrastructure support by coordinating with business users, vendors, and technical teams, administering Windows, Linux, VMware, and Nutanix environments, and ensuring infrastructure availability and stability.
Drive security, compliance, and continuous improvement through patching, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery readiness, stakeholder management, and accurate infrastructure documentation.
Manage stakeholder engagement by collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
Drive asset lifecycle governance by establishing standards for procurement, deployment, refresh, redeployment, and disposal while ensuring compliance with security and asset management policies.
Oversee vendor and financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost optimization, supplier coordination, and vendor performance reviews.
Develop executive dashboards and performance reports, identify automation and process improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and lifecycle maturity.
