Responsibilities : - Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance predictive analytics capabilities - Oversee the implementation of Einstein Next Best Action to optimize customer interactions and improve decision-making processes -

Provide expertise in Einstein Discovery to uncover insights and drive data-driven strategies across various business units - Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Service Cloud Einstein ensuring improved customer service and support experiences - Drive the adoption of Sales Cloud Einstein to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness through intelligent insights - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Einstein technologies within existing systems - Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and scalability - Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the capabilities and benefits of Einstein technologies -
