Job Summary
The Infra Architect role involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions ensuring seamless remote desktop support and optimizing systems for efficiency. Responsibilities

- Possess strong expertise in remote desktop support with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions for hybrid work environments.
- Exhibit knowledge of security protocols and best practices to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Have experience in monitoring and optimizing system performance to achieve operational excellence.
- Show ability to document processes and create comprehensive troubleshooting guidelines for team use.
- Display familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in infrastructure enhancement.
- Possess domain knowledge in Cards & Payments which is considered a valuable asset for this role.
